How much does it cost?

That depends. When you request a quote your local manager will get in touch to make a viewing appointment. He or she will then take a quick look around your home (number of rooms, layout, size etc) and provide an on-the-spot quote.

But don’t worry there’s no obligation. You can then have as much time as you want to think about it and get back to us. Once you give us the go-ahead we will schedule in a cleaning date and time - either as a one-off or on a regular basis or both.

How long does each clean take?

Again that depends. We don’t quote on time, we quote for the job. So you will pay the same price every time regardless of how many cleaners visit or how long it takes. We stay until the job is done. This gives you consistency and also puts the onus back on White Rose Home Cleaning to get the job done properly and efficiently.

Can I get a quote first?

Yes of course! Either click on our get a quote section and fill in your details or call us today on 0845 833 9188. We will then book an appointment for your local manager to make a viewing appointment. Can I have a trial period?

A trial period isn’t really required as in most cases we undertake an initial spring clean of your home after which you are under no obligation to continue the service. Regular cleaning services can be cancelled at no cost with 48 hours notice. However if there is anything you’re not happy with, please tell us as we will always try to resolve or improve rather than lose you as a valued customer.

How can I trust your cleaners?

Because our interview, police checks, training and vetting procedures help ensure all our staff are highly dependable, careful, discreet and trustworthy. This is a high priority of ours and one we take very seriously. We have a reputation as one of the best home cleaning services in the area so we do everything within our power to keep it that way.

Who employs the cleaners and are they insured?

All our staff are full time employees of White Rose Home Cleaning, we do not use self employed or agency staff, this removes the worry of having unsupervised and uninsured people working for you. We take care of their PAYE, Health and Safety training and unlike many private cleaners, our staff are all fully insured so in the event of an accident in your home – you can rest assured that White Rose Home Cleaning will take care of everything.

What if I am not happy with your cleaning?

White Rose Home Cleaning strive to maintain the highest standards at all times. But, if for any reason you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please call us within three days. We'll listen to the problem and sort it out. That's our promise.

How do I pay?

It’s easy. For your convenience we accept payment by cheque, credit or debit card. It’s up to you whether you want to leave us a cheque or submit your card details for us to process a regular or one off payment. Of course you can be sure this information will be treated in the strictest of confidentiality and with maximum security.

What about a key – or access to my property if I’m out at work?

That’s not a problem. We hold keys to most of our customers’ homes as a lot of them work full time. It goes without saying – we will handle keys in the best interests of security and discretion at all times. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to be at home when our cleaners visit that’s fine too.

Do I have to supply anything for the clean?

No, we bring everything we need so there are no hidden extra costs.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

We take our social responsibility seriously and we are always striving to improve our ‘carbon footprint’. As a result we go as far as possible to use products that don’t impact the environment in a negative way. We are still working on this – as with many companies we view this as an ongoing concern.
